Activities performed:

The main assignments includes support the International and National Experts in the following aspect:

  • Assist Design Engineer in design of all types of Hydraulic structures.
  • Design and drawing of different types hydraulic structures e.g. Drainage Regulators, drainage outlet, irrigation inlet, water Control structure (WCS), Causeway etc.
  • Design of drainage channels, irrigation canals and Haor canal networks.
  • Design of Embankment; includes Slope stability analysis, foundation settlement.
  • Assess the design discharge of the proposed irrigation canal and related irrigation outlet structures for the design.
  • Review existing maps, collect hydrological data relevant to the subprojects and make reconnaissance visits for screening purposes.
  •         Prepared quantity and cost estimate of the aforesaid structure along with their bid documents.
